Our tilapia comes in fresh each morning. Nothing sits overnight — what does not sell, does not get served.
Fried to order
Crispy on the outside, tender inside. We season lightly so the fish still tastes like fish, and serve it with lime, kachumbari and your choice of ugali or chips.

We keep our delivery radius tight on purpose. A short ride means your fish arrives hot and crisp, not steamed soft in a box.
